Route 65 Harley-Davidson® Donations
Route 65 Harley-Davidson® truly appreciates that you have considered our dealership to create a relationship with your cause. We are committed to the community by contributing or becoming involved in a variety of fundraising events throughout the year. However, each event must be carefully considered to allocate time and monetary resources fairly and wisely. Approval of community giving requests are granted based on budgetary allotments, working relationships with the organization, and organizations championed by the biker community.
All requests must be submitted on a Request Form. Complete the request form and submit via fax, or mail at least 30 days prior to donation being needed. This does not guarantee receipt of a donation, it only allows us ample time to review the numerous requests that we receive. Donations are not automatically renewed or assumed. Each submission is evaluated on a first time basis. Management will review requests once a month.
We recommend supporting documentation be submitted with request form. We wish to know about the requesting organization, its history and mission, event details, and the importance of a donation from our dealership. If we are able to donate or sponsor your event, we will contact you or your organization via email or phone with follow up information.
We strive to approve all requests, but the demand outweighs our supply. Every cause is worthy, unfortunately we are unable to grant funds or partner with every organization. If your request is not approved, please understand that we consider you a valued customer and thank you for your patronage.
